Returns & Refund Policy
1. The Sanix Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our hygiene systems. If your Sanix SmartClean™ kit arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it free of charge.
2. Hygiene & Safety (Non-Returnable Items) Due to the nature of our products (sanitary and cleaning supplies), we cannot accept returns of used items. Once the package is opened and the brush has been used, it is considered a bio-hazard and cannot be returned for a refund. This ensures every customer receives a brand-new, sterile product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception.
If you purchased Shipping Protection: You are eligible for Priority Replacement. Simply email us a photo of the damage, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately—no questions asked.
Standard Orders: If your item is defective, email us at [Your Email] with photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and provide a free replacement or store credit.
4. "Change of Mind" Returns If you have purchased a kit and decided it is not for you before opening it:
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please Note: Returns must be sent to our central processing facility in France (not our London registered office). Contact support for the exact address.
5. Refunds Once we receive your unopened return, we will inspect it. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
